DualFace Terms of Use

DualFace is a digital platform that enables the creation, editing and processing of audiovisual content using artificial intelligence technologies, including lip sync, voice generation, voice cloning, video processing and related features.

DFC credits included in subscription plans renew monthly on your billing renewal date. Unused credits do not roll over to the next month. Extra credits purchased separately (one-off packs) do not expire with the subscription cycle.

The user declares that they have the legal capacity to enter into contracts and use the services provided by DualFace.

Use of the platform by minors must occur only with authorization from their legal guardians.

The user is fully responsible for all content uploaded, created, processed or distributed using the platform.

By using DualFace, the user declares that they hold all rights, authorizations, licenses and permissions required to use:

• Images;
• Photographs;
• Videos;
• Audio;
• Voices;
• Trademarks;
• Copyrights;
• Image rights.

The user retains ownership over the content uploaded to the platform.

DualFace does not claim ownership of the content created by the user.

DualFace may update, modify, suspend or discontinue platform features at any time for technical improvements, maintenance or security reasons.

DualFace is not liable for:

• Content created by users;
• Copyright violations committed by users;
• Misuse of the platform;
• Damages arising from information provided by third parties.

DualFace may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms of Use or any applicable law.

These Terms may be updated from time to time.

Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
