DualFace Affiliate Program Terms

Recurring 15% commission on the net value of Creator and Pro plans, for up to 12 months per referred customer.
Referral attribution follows a first-click model: if the visitor clicks more than one affiliate's link before signing up, the commission is attributed to the first-click affiliate, within a 30-day window.
No commission on extra credits (one-off DFC), taxes, refunds, chargebacks or cancellations.
Self-referral (creating an account using your own link) is prohibited.
Paid-media bidding on the "DualFace" brand or variations (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) is prohibited — including misspelled terms.
Cookie-stuffing, hidden iframes, forced redirects and any practice that injects the cookie without the visitor's genuine consent are prohibited.
Creating pages, profiles or channels that impersonate the official DualFace brand is prohibited.
DualFace may block an affiliate account at any time on reasonable suspicion of fraud, with forfeiture of pending/available commissions not yet paid out.
Every generated commission stays in pending status for 33 days before becoming available for withdrawal, a period used to cover any refunds or cancellations by the referred customer.
Withdrawals are processed manually via Pix by the DualFace team after validation of the tax information provided.
The affiliate is responsible for the accuracy of the tax information and for paying taxes on the revenue received.
